James Joshua Webb

James Joshua Webb, “better known as”  Josh, 28, of Norfolk, VA., departed this life on August 21, 2018. He was born January 22, 1990 in Norfolk, VA to Shellie Webb and James Burke Jr. He attended Norfolk Public Schools as young man. He was raised by his grandmother(s) Ruby Burkes and Jannie Webb. Josh was a joy to be around and had a smile that would brighten the gloomiest of days. Although he was a man of few words his presents still spoke volumes. Josh had a love for cars and video games in which he found great enjoyment and past time. Although Josh’s stay with us was cut short he left his mark on each of us and he will be forever missed and will without a doubt hold a special place in each of our hearts. He leaves to cherish his memory 1 daughter Zoe and 1 son Jordan; his Paternal Grandmother Ruby Burkes; Maternal Grandmother Jannie Webb(Owens); father, James Burkes Jr (Kelly), mother Shellie Webb; six sisters, Shellice Taylor(Dwight), Dasani Jones, Jacoby Burkes, Briana Burkes, Cydney Page, and Jennifer Page three Aunts, Jeanell Webb-Jones(Sharron), Sheila Davis(Dwight), Wanda Owens(Chaun) 1 Uncle Anthony Edmonds(Annette) and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
