Jacquelyn Robinson

Jacquelyn Delois Robinson was born on February 12, 1965 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Ralph and Retha Brantley. On July 12, 2021 Jacquelyn gained her wings to be with our beloved Heavenly Father. Jacquelyn was educated in Norfolk Public Schools. Following her education, she was employed in various positions in Norfolk, Virginia and Highpoint, North Carolina. Jacquelyn was known for being very outspoken and funny, but her heart was truly pure. She enjoyed her life to the fullest by traveling and going to concerts. Don’t forget those casinos too around the country. She really enjoyed family time.  She was so excited to get back to doing the things she loved.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children Jacques Jamal Brantley, Norfolk, VA, Tiwanna Vonshell Robinson, Norfolk, VA, Ryan O’Neal Robinson, Norfolk, VA and her granddaughter NY’Asia Robinson who was the joy of her life! She is also survived by her sister Gwendolyn Brewer (late Joe) Highpoint, NC. Brothers; Ralph Brantley Jr, Highpoint, NC, Steve Brantley (late Toleda), Norfolk, VA,  Keith Brantley (Vickie) Highpoint, NC,  Timothy Brantley (Lydia), Wake Forest, NC. She is also survived by her uncles Jesse Johnson Sr, Newport News, VA, Willie Johnson (Glendora) and a special aunt Alice Johnson, Highpoint, NC. Also, left to cherish her memories is her side-kick cousin Angela Thorne. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

    Everybody have memories of their love one, some not so and others great, at moments, that’s families. She welcome me into her family back in 2005, by calling me son because of my relationship with her daughter Tiwanna over 16 years. I have more moments with her than most. Ms. J, thanks you for those memories. Trust I will not forget a lot of them. Love You. Your Son Travis Arvene Spratt. I didn’t want you to leave so soon.

    I am grateful every second of every day that I get a chance to spend with Jackie. She a good friend that I love. Jackie kept me laughing. She talk about her children and grand daughter all the time. Jackie love going on different trips around the world with her daughter. Jackie will be missed. Thank you, Jesus Christ for allow me to said: a prayer and goodbye.
