On September 21, 2019, Isaac L. Wells entered into his rest. Isaac was born on October 10, 1976 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Ann Brickhouse and Jimmie L. Wells. Isaac was educated at Bayside High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and he enjoyed fishing, boxing, “racing” pigeons, scary movies, RB & Old school music. He had a good sense of humor and he always kept his family entertained. Isaac had a big heart and professed to everyone his love and devotion to Jesus Christ, the love of his life, “Wifey” and his children in which he instilled the importance to strive for success and to be the best. He was his family’s number one motivator and encourager. Isaac kept it real and he was truthfully candid! He was a loving and faithful friend who was a protector over the people he loved.
On October 17, 2017, Isaac married Tonia Leslie. He was employed by Chesapeake Bay Contractors working as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Isaac was a devoted, husband, father, brother, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and entertaining his friends while watching Deontay Wilder, Floyd Mayweather and the San Francisco 49’ers. Isaac will be missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
Isaac was preceded in death by Elizabeth Wells and Ruth Akers. He leaves a legacy of love to cherish his memory: a loving wife, Tonia Leslie; Daughters: Serena “Pookie Love” Wells, Signora Watson (Wayne), Iesha Wells & Shalece Wells; Sons: Isaac L. Wells, Jr., William Pritchard, Justin Pritchard & Eric Robinson; Extended family: Jaque Leslie, Traque Leslie, Gabriel Leslie, Micaiah Leslie, and Jeremy Leslie; Sister: Dinetta Wells; Brother: Robert Brickhouse and a host of Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews; and Friends.
