We are here today in loving memory of Minister Irene Cuffee. Early Tuesday morning June 9, 2020, the Lord came to claim his loving daughter of whom he let us borrow for eighty-five beautiful years. She was born in Norfolk County to the late Elizabeth Coleman and Ivy Augustus Blow. She was a resident of Chesapeake for about fifty years.
She was a foster parent for over thirty years. She loved helping any and everyone that she could. She was also a kind, caring, forgiving person. Most of all she was a great teacher when it came to the Lord. She was predeceased by her husband, Junious Cuffee; mother, Elizabeth Coleman, and father Ivy Blow; brothers, Aubrey Blow, Robert, Herbert Lee, and sister Mary Ethel Blow.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Gloria Roundtree, Shirene Byrd and Chantina Wilson all of Chesapeake; son, Demetrious Jordan; sisters, Arlene Blow and Dorothy Blow; four grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
