Herman Louis Bond

Herman Louis Bond affectionately known as “Toe” transitioned to glory on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at home in Jessup, Maryland.   He was born on April 10, 1955 to the late George Thomas and Evelyn Bond in Edenton North Carolina.  Native of Norfolk, Virginia he received his education in the public schools graduating Lake Taylor High School as a lettered varsity wrestler. Herman began employment as a welder for several years at the shipyards in Norfolk.
