Heavonlei KeIda Jae Grant, 21, of Virginia Beach, VA sadly left us on February 28, 2023. She was born February 12, 2002 to Duke Grant Jr. and Keilya Greene. Heavonlei graduated from Bayside High School in 2020.
Her family will remember her as loving, tenacious, fiercely independent, and witty. She loved and had a special connection with children and animals.
Heavonlei was athletic, starting in gymnastics at age 4, she also played Rush soccer and ran track. She fell in love with the sport of competitive cheer and dance in 2012 when she joined the gym Epic Cheer & Dance. She also cheered for her middle and high school varsity teams.
Heavonlei is survived by her parents; siblings Duke III, Beautifull, Naquell, Tatiquana, Paige, Asia and Madison; her loving grandparents, William and Lucy Taylor and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Shardunay.
