I want to say that I will miss Gene Moore very much. I used to visit with he and Vivian and Gene would talk all the time asking questions trying to get me to talk and tell my business. We would fuss and argue about everything. One day I would be “one of the gang” and the next day I would be like a sister. Gene was always kind and giving and was delightful to be around.
Gene and Vivian were more like family to me and they always made sure that I had if I needed- that was just the way they were.
I visited Gene three days before he passed and we fussed and talked trash up to the end. But that was just the way we had fun together.
My buddy Gene, you will be missed by all, but especially me. I won’t have you to pass on your knowledge and experience in life while at the same time, talking trash. But God had a better plan for you. Now you can teach and spread your knowledge and expertise with your Lord and Savior.
Rest in peace.
