Frank E. Hill "Bo"

On Thursday, October 3, 2019, our loved one, Frank E. Hill, went home to be with the Lord. Frank was known by many as “ Bo Dilly”. Frank was born on March 11, 1947 in Portsmouth, VA to the late Otelia Hill and Elvin Brown. Frank was an electrician after he served in the Army. Frank was charming with a good sense of humor . His family and friends and all who remember him knew he was a loving and funny man. He was predeceased by his mother, Otelia Hill; father, Elvin Brown; brother, Melvin Hill; nephew, Londo Hill and great nephew, Jayzavia Hill. Frank leaves behind one daughter, Ebony Faulks; 3 sons, Frankie Hill, Jamal Hill, and Eric Holley;one sister, Linda Hill; 3 brothers, Robert Hill, Lee Hill, and Fred Hill;11 grandkids, 3 great grandkids, and a host of nieces and nephews.
