Felisa Laray Neal, 50 was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on June 20, 1970 and died Friday, January 1, 2021.
At a very young age Felisa was an intelligent studious individual. She loved to lean and was in advance classes and she received the Stifel award in school. Because of her academic abilities, she was awarded a four-year full scholarship to college. Felisa went to Wheeling Jesuit University and earned her degree as a Paralegal. Later after having her children, she continued in her education and earned her Bachelor’s Degree.
Felisa loved to laugh and dance. She also loved designing and she would always exhibit her decorating skills. She loved her five children and was devoted to all her grandchildren.
Felisa was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses; she was loved and will truly be missed.
Surviving is her family, who is left to hold on to Jehovah’s promises of resurrection is her mother, Donna Brown; her sister, Charlisa Horton (Richard); her brother, Vernon Brown of Maracopa, AZ; her five children, Cierra Evans, Shaina Evans Broadus (Jaret), Markelo Evans, Ronald Evans and Jennasia Evans; her grandchildren, Markell Evans Corprew, Milan Evans, Amare Debrough, Hunter Debrough, Jizelle Broadus, Jabari Broadus, Jalisa Broadus, Jayla Broadus, JaNae Broadus, Kaysen Lewis and Kayveon Hoyett; a nephew, Dwamale Brown; a niece, Aviante’ Brown both of Maracopa, AZ and a host of family in West Virginia, Columbus, Ohio and many friends that loved her.

He will even bring those who have already died back to life.1 Peter5:7 while you throw all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

I cant wait to tell you about your grandkids and all the funny bad things they are doing. You where right Lisa is your girl all the way. Mommy you where not perfect but your love was. When I needed you, all I had to do was pick up the phone. You helped me be the strong mother I am today by teaching me how to love unconditionally. Your children could do no wrong. When our back was up against the wall you where on the other side making sure that wall did not fall. I let you down mommy because I should have been holding that wall for you. I love you my queen. I seen the pain in your eyes your last year here on earth and I’m so happy you will no longer ever feel that pain again. I dream of the day I will be able to hold you in my arms again.
