Mrs. Ethylene Knockett Skinner 82, of Norfolk, Virginia, peacefully entered into eternal life on Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was born January 24, 1938, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Samuel E. and Mary Lee Knockett. Ethylene was predeceased by her sisters, Bessie Harvey, Nina Knockett, Drois Spratley, Barbara Johnson and two brothers, James and John Knockett.

She worked as a seamstress for London Fog for 30 years until she retired, but Ethylene was a seamstress for more than 55 years.

Ethylene leaves to cherish her memory six children, Rudolph Skinner, Sr. of Maryland, Pamela Bragg of Texas (Wayne, Sr.), Rob Skinner of Norfolk, Ruben Skinner, Jr. of Texas (Lisa), Pansy Miller of Norfolk (Byron) and Robert Skinner of Norfolk (Melody); one sister, Maime Mabine of Hampton, Virginia. Ethylene also leaves 23 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
