Ethelyne Fuller, 57, passed away on April 23, 2018 at Depaul Medical Center, Norfolk, VA. Ethelyne was born on July 7, 1960 to the late Emma Harper and James Finney. She attended the University of Honolulu, HI. She retired after 20 years of faithful service to the U.S. Navy, followed by additional 20 years’ service as a part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ethelyne was a member of the Fishers of Men.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Jerry Fuller; son, Donnell Harper; daughters, Sheila Fuller, Zari Fuller and Robyn Jacobs; grandchildren, Shyanne Dickens, Salim Campbell, Destin Jacobs and Asa Jacobs.
