It was Saturday, April 17, 2021 that God called home one of His special angels, our loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Relative and Friend, Ethel Delyla Foy.
She was born on Saturday, April 30, 1966 to the late Willie and Ethel Scott. She attended Norfolk Public Schools afterwards she went on to become a certified nursing assistant for 25 years. She had a real passion for taking care of others. She was a member of Good News Family Worship Center where she lovingly and faithfully served as an Usher Team Leader and Armor bearer to the First Lady.
Besides her mother and father, she was also predeceased by her brother, Anthony Scott. She leaves to cherish her wonderful memory, her husband Anthony A. Foy; daughter, Kernishia D. Scott; two sons, Donell L. Scott (Quisha) and Anthony M. Foy; six grandchildren, Asia, Donell, D’Marion, Ke’yanna, Keyron and Keyontae; sister, Sandra D.
