Estelle was born October 24, 1963, to the late Earl Roy Fuller Sr. and Jessie Mae Fuller in Norfolk, Va. She was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Norfolk, Virginia, and received a bachelor’s degree from Norfolk State University, majoring in Sociology. Estelle served as a probation officer for many years and transitioned into a youth counselor for the city of Newport News. Her magnetic personality resulted in many close and very special friendships. She was a woman of faith and a woman of God, and no matter the circumstance believed that God would see her through. She was thoughtful and grateful and contagiously shared her humorous energy with everyone she encountered. She attended Queen Street Baptist Church in Norfolk, VA.

She was a well-loved woman that knew how to love and how to be a friend. She will be deeply missed but more importantly, she will be heavily remembered by all of her family and friends alike.

Estelle was preceded in death by her father Earl Roy Fuller Sr., mother, Jessie Mae Fuller, and her special niece Alisha Fuller.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Deshawn Fuller, Avery Fuller (Melnesha), LaTasha Fuller; Siblings, Regina Fuller of Norfolk, VA, Earl Fuller Jr. of Norfolk, VA, and Erma Jackson- Andrews (Vernon) of Virginia Beach, VA; Grandchildren, Deshawn Wood, Marcus Collins, Mario Collins, Asia Manly, NaKayla Mayfield, Tiffany Fuller, Emonie Fuller, Aaron Winn, Tale Fuller, Armani Fuller, Elliyah Fuller, Avery Fuller Jr; Aunts, Ann Walker and Helen Everett. 17 nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and very special friends.
