March 30, 2020 at 4:36 pmIn the very short time that I knew Esley he was such a good man to have met. He had a unique love for kids especially the children in God’s Krew. A lot of men are not like that especially for kids with special needs. Being one of the last volunteers to be a part of the Krew I’m gonna miss him just coming up checking on the kids. The last time I saw him he had come up just to check to see how the kids were doing.

April 1, 2020 at 6:17 pmMy heart is saddened that one I claimed as my own Son has parted this World way to soon. Esley Phelamon ‘Flame’ Smith as a child played and ruff housed with my two sons just as Brothers do! I watched from afar as ‘Flame’ excelled in His Career choice, Manhood and Father Extraordinaire. As any proud Mama I beamed with pride whenever His Mother, Dorecia my treasured friend shared yet another one of ‘Flame’s Accolades. I send my sincere deepest condolences to His Family & May My Darling Esley P. ‘Flame’ Smith Rest in Eternal Peace!!!

April 4, 2020 at 11:36 amThe last time I saw you I knew something wasn’t quite right, but you never said a word. I’m going to miss you as you were like a big brother always annoying me, making sure that I was doing what’s right. I am remembering all the times in our youth we hung out and laughed on the Busy Bee Choir and at Aunt Phyllis’ house. My diary is filled with all those hilarious times! I will miss you a lot. Love you!
