On Wednesday, 31 July 2019, Elsie Wright, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away in Norfolk, VA at the age of 77. She is survived by her two sons, Derrick and Ernest and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts and cousins.
