December 2, 2021 at 7:24 pmI remember her as one of my favorite teachers at BTW in the 1960’s. She was beautiful in appearance and spirit. She was known as “E..L Green” to us students. We always looked forward to going to her class to see her smile and to see what she was wearing that day. Always impeccably dressed. One of the Best teachers to have had back then. She cared abour her students. RIP dear Lady

August 15, 2022 at 11:54 amI’m so sorry to hear about Mrs. Greene. I grew up admiring her and her family as a member of New Central and and also as my school counselor at BTW, Her mother and father were also my neighbors. Our young people so miss the affect of growing up in a community that cares and has an impact on their educational and social development. My sincere condolences to Yvonne and the rest of the family.
