Ella Virginia Parker

On Monday, March 6, 2023, our beloved mother Ella V. Parker was called by God to eternal rest. She was born in Princess Anne County, VA on
February 6,1936 to Linwood and Mildred Parson.  She eventually moved to Norfolk, VA where she attended Norfolk Public Schools. Ella regularly assisted at the Jack and Jill Kindergarten in the Titustown community, and she was also employed at The Algonquin House for over 20 years.

Her lasting legacy is the love she poured into her family and her unwavering commitment to raising three generations of children.

    To the family of Ella Parker, I’m so sadden for your loss. Ms Parker was truly a village mother to the community in which she lived and every kid that knew Hughart St. Knew Ms Parker, very soft spoken and very kind,I remember the days of Ella and Annie Talking to each other from porch to porch like two country girls lol yes good memories, she will be missed .
