Ella Delores Perkerson was born on November 28, 1945 in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. She gently passed away on
Saturday, June 20, 2020. Ella was educated in the Windsor,  VA public school system where she earned her high school diploma at George Tyler High School.

Ella was predeceased by her parents, Willie and Allie Perkerson; four brothers, Wallace James, Louis and Joseph Perkerson; first husband, Walter Beale, Jr.; second husband, Terry Woosley, Sr. and her beloved grandson, Kyree Spruill.

She leaves to honor and cherish her memory, two daughters, Katrina Spruill of Portsmouth, VA and Carla Beale of Chesapeake, VA; two granddaughters, Kia Spruill of Portsmouth, VA and Kamryn Cuffee of Chesapeake, VA; brothers, Paul Perkerson (Marie) of Franklin, VA, Emmett Perkerson (Joan) of Des Moines, IA; sisters, Channie Copeland, Burnsville, MN, Odell Perkerson, Suffolk, VA, Lorraine Jones (Bill) of Como, NC and Dorothy Perkerson of Portsmouth, VA; sister –in-law, Mary Perkerson of Carrsville, VA; honorary brother, Percy Frank of Chesapeake, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
