I am forever grateful to have met Mrs. Dorothy Balmer, she was always kind and gracious. She truly inspired me, and it was her intention to inspire those whom she encountered. I grew to love and respect her tenacity, grace and accomplishments. We were birth month buddies as we laughed and shared precious memories.
