Dolores (Hughes) Glover, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt gained her angel wings on the morning of Saturday, October 3, 2020. She was born on April 29, 1952, in Elizabeth, New Jersey to the late Ernest Hughes and the late Corrine (Cuffee) Hughes.
Dolores was affectionately known to many as “Dee Dee”. She was the beloved wife of 24 years to the late Fred James Glover.
In the spring of 1990, Dolores relocated to Baltimore, Maryland; where she became an avid Baltimore Ravens fan.
In 2005, Dolores relocated to Chesapeake, Virginia to be closer to her daughters and grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: Daughters, Shamona Wallace (Kenny) in Chesapeake, VA, Tiffany Woodhouse (Curtis) in Atlanta, GA, Niesha Glover in Chesapeake, VA; Sheri Glover-Flanagan (Shelton) in Scotch Plains, NJ and Yolanda Glover-Hawkins (Keith) in West Orange, NJ; 8 Grandchildren; Sister, Sheila Aikens (Eddie) in Plainfield, NJ; Brothers, the late Roosevelt Hughes, Norman Hughes in Bronx, NY, Ernest Hughes and a host of relatives and friends.
