November 12, 2023 at 12:55 pmTo My Sister Who’s Now In Heaven, Know You’ll Surely Be Missed Here On Earth. Your Contagious Laugh, Your Strong Words Of Encouragement And Your Determined Ways They Made You Who You Were. You Were Your Sister’s Best Conversationist Next To Myself. Knowing I’ll Have To Take Up The Slack, It Will Be A Task That I Assure You I’ll Take On Whole Heartedly As You Go On To Be With Your Son And Daughter, Our Nephew And Niece. So You Go On Dearest Sister, Go On To Glory And Take Your Well Deserved Rest. Cause We Know Since The Loss Of Them Both It Has Been Nothing Less Than Stress. You May Be Gone From The Visual But From Our Hearts, You’ll Never Be Forgotten. And When You See My Momma B, You Give Her A Big Ole Hug And Kiss From Me!
Love,
Brother-In-Law Kevin Smith

November 12, 2023 at 11:05 amMy big Sister, I have so much to thank you for that I could write a book, as a teen into your 20’s and beyond not only did you help raise your 3 siblings you also raised your own 2 kids a niece 3 nephews and a step daughter. After our mother passed you picked up where she left off by making sure we all stayed connected to not just each other but also to our kinfolk who are spread far and wide and for this i shall forever be grateful, never let it be said that you were a weak individual for the only other person that I knew that was stronger was our mother, I will never forget that night (as a teenager) when you saved our sisters life, which forever altered our childhood, I thank you for your guidance, knowledge, love & wisdom, we need you here but your kids need you more and thats where I’m drawing my strength from and why I am some what at peace.. Until we meet again.. Love you Sis..

November 12, 2023 at 6:46 pmDia,my scripture morning text partner I will surely miss you. Whenever we were in the area I would let you know and it would not be long before you show up. With all those people at the concert I don’t know how you found Henry and I. You were a very strong woman for your family and a devoted care giver for our beloved Barbara, your mother. With God calling you to your heavenly home it leave a big void in the family down here but I know that you will be forever in our hearts. Your happiness is with the many family members up there especially your children. Take your rest,we love you but God loves you best.

November 16, 2023 at 11:27 pmIt is still so very hard for me to think that I will no longer hear you cracking jokes, giving your special kind of advice, and offering encouragement. I will always remember and cherish the days when you would hang out with me and Cookie, and it was like you were my little sister. We love and will miss you tremendously; but glad that you are now at rest. You will never be forgotten….until we meet again.
