Derwin Anthony Perry transitioned to glory on September 21, 2019. Born in Norfolk, Virginia on July 29, 1989 to Contina
Miller and Derwin Johnson, Derwin “Mann Mann” Perry was a great spirit at heart to all who knew and loved him.
He was a great listener and communicator who in spite of his own pain, always maintained a smile on his face. Employed by the shipyard as a Fire Watch, Derwin attended Lake Taylor High School and would later obtain his General Education Diploma (GED).A spiritual man as well, Derwin was a member of the Deliverance Worship Center in Norfolk, Virginia.
Derwin is preceded by his maternal grandmother, Irma Perry, and paternal grandmother, Geraldin Johnson. Derwin is survived by survived by his parents and 5 sisters, LaShundra, Kimberly, Shawntaye, Josephine, and Katrina.
