Denise Lori Harrington-Washington was born September 25, 1955 and passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 63 years. Denise was predeceased by her parents James and Virginia Harrington and brother Carter Harrington. She transitioned into the internal resting place at the Nansmond River Pointe Nursing Home in Suffolk, Virginia
A native of Portsmouth, Virginia. Denise attended and graduated from I.C. Norcom HS. Denise served on numerous organizations, including the City of Portsmouth voting poll booths and as a cafeteria worker at the John Taylor Elementary and as well as
the Maryview Hospital Grief Center. Denise will be forever remembered by her “special friend” Frank Robinson and her precious children, Carter, Irving and LaDonna (Jhairo) of ortsmouth,
VA. and by her brothers James Harrington Jr. (Poolu) of ortsmouth, VA, McDonald Harrington (Almeta) of Norfolk, VA, and Randy Harrington of New Jersey, two grandchildren, Marquis Hinton and Kayla Washington. She will also be forever remembered by her numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and dear friends.
