David Johnson was a very good man. He was a jack-of-all-trade, outgoing, social, up front and bold.
He was the type of person when he walked into a room, he would light the room up.
Growing up he used to hold me in his hands. I would always laugh because he was a very big man with big hands.
Thank you for showing the family what entrepreneurship looks like and what it means to work hard for what you want.
Thank you for being authentically David Johnson and someone who always stood his ground.
Thank you for being very open to questions and deep conversations.
David Johnson was someone who always thought deep and was a very bright man.
We love and thank you and will remember all that you have done.
The good, the bad, and the ugly. You were a shining star that still shines bright in the sky today.
He’s survived by brother, Hayward Cuthrell. Two sisters, Rose Brown (Lindsey) and Sebrina Malone (Anthony); two daughters, Tamara Johnson and Chandra Johnson; two sons, David Johnson Jr. and Montrel McDonald; grandchildren, Amara Barks, Jakob Johnson, Jonovan Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Nevaeh Johnson, Isaiah Johnson, Eli Johnson, Montrel McDonald Jr., and Sarai McDonald; two aunts, Naomi Murf and Shirley Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
