Darryl Lamar Arnold was born November 6, 1982, in Norfolk Virginia. He was the son of Mary Elizabeth Arnold and Bernard Eugene Person. As one of ten children, Darryl received his high school diploma from Norfolk Public Schools. Darryl was employed as a Welder Engineer with General Dynamics. He was a hard worker, a devoted father, a loving son, and all around good person. He will be missed sorely. On March 8, 2024, God saw fit to bring sweet rest to our beloved, Darryl, while being a patient at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Along with his parents, he leaves to cherish his memories: his seven children: Darryl Arnold Jr. Demarcus Arnold, Dontrell Arnold, Destiny Arnold, Forevah Arnold, Harmony Arnold, Lizanah Arnold; six brothers, Darrick Arnold (twin), Dwayne Arnold, Dwight Arnold, Bernard Person, William Person, and Derwin Person; three sisters, Erica Arnold, Lakeisha Arnold and Latasha Person; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, his loving work family at General Dynamic (GDIT), and friends.
