Darlene M. Knight was called to eternal rest on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Darlene was born on December 6, 1956 to the late James L. Knight and Margaret S. Spencer. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and friend. She was predeceased by her second mom, Dorothy Gaines; mother, father, aunt and daughter, Thomina D. Knight. She was educated in Norfolk Public Schools. Darlene leaves to cherish her loving memories her son, Montrolius L. Knight; daughter, Tiffany Knight both of Norfolk, VA; brothers, Carmichael Flowers and Carlton Salmond (Contrina) both of Norfolk, VA; nieces, Taisha Hall, Amanda Robins, Kirsha Gerland (Ronald), Latoya Johnson, Darviette Johnson (Kesha); nephews, Darreion Hall and Phillip Crawley, both from Norfolk, VA; grandkids, Shane N. Knight, Robert W. Walck, Kenneth S. Walck, Shamina F. Brown, and Oliver W. Brown, Jr.; her special cousins, Roderick Perkins, Linda Pearl-Howell, LaTanya Freeman and Shenia Tarp; a host of twenty plus god kids, nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
