Ms. Danielle we will certainly miss you but we know that God has an appointed time for all of us to return to our original home, with Him. You lived a full, long life, with its ups and downs nevertheless you never lost your smile. We give thanks for the bright light you were, and are, in the lives of your family, friends, and everyone who knows you. May you be at peace and may your family be comforted in the days ahead by the fond memories they have of you.

My Condolences to the Rivers Family. Our families grew up together in Lincoln Park. Mrs. Rivers was always smiling with a kind word for all. I can remember her walking down Graham St. in her white uniform going to catch the bus to work with that beautiful smile. May God Give you all the strength and comfort you need at this time of sorrow. Hold to His Unchanging Hand.

Deepest Sympathy to the Rivers Family. Danielle and I shared a birthday month and year. I always looked forward to the annual Christmas card sent by her from the family. I last saw her at our Church’s Black History Exhibit where her photo from “JET” magazine was on display. We laughed about our walking canes. I will miss seeing her at church. Rest in peace Danielle.
