On Thursday, April 2, 2020, Curtis M. Conyers completed his journey of life. Curtis was born on July 29, 1961 to the late Jerry and Lucinda Conyers in Norfolk, Virginia and was educated in the Norfolk Public School System. He is preceded in death by his daughters, Christine Salisbury and Monique Conyers and brothers, Kevin Conyers, Floyd Williams, Darren Williams and Lemuel Williams.
Curtis was employed with Dollar Tree where he retired after more than 20 years of service. In his leisure, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He enjoyed taking road trips with his wife Jewel, attending football games of his favorite college team, the University of Virginia. He was also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and loved watching them play on TV. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Jewel; one daughter, Rose Conyers; three “bonus” children, Casha Oglesby, Dominique and Curtisha Conyers; seven brothers, James Thompson, Larry Cobb, Leroy Conyers Williams and Lloyd Williams; two sisters, Patricia Thompson and Teresa Williams and a host of relatives and friends.
His loving memory is a keepsake from which we will never be apart. Though God has him in safe keeping, he will always remain in our hearts.
