Corine E. Skyles, a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed from this life on Thursday, August 30, 2018. She was born on February 22, 1933 in Norfolk County. After 22 years of service, she retired from Depaul Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant on June 30, 1995. She was a founding member of Bethany Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA where she served in various capacities. She was predeceased by Lilllian Benson. She is survived by her five children: Larry Skyles (Stephanie), Luterrio Skyles, Danette Skyles, Mark Skyles (Tamara), and Karen Skyles-Anyalebechi along with nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
