Christina M. Moore

Sunrise: December 25, 1964

Sunset: June 7, 2019

On June 7, 2019, Christina Maureen Moore departed this world and entered eternal rest surrounded by family and friends. Christina was a loving daughter, devoted mother, grandmother, sister, cool aunt, and friend. Christina was born on December 25, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York to Lucinda and Ernest Moore. Her step-father, William McCleary was instrumental in Christina life and they held a special bond. Christina married Terry Wise in 1987 from that union her eldest son Zeus was born. Four years later she would have a second son, Coy Boyd. In 1998, Nina as she was affectionately known by family moved from Brooklyn to Virginia to pursue a lifestyle change and to be close to her sister. She worked hard to care for her sons. Nina’s heart held a special place for her dear friend Candy. She was kind loving person who cherished her family above all else. A
free spirit who found solitude and clarity in the quiet south residing in Louisiana for that last few years, Nina returned to Virginia to be surrounded by family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Lucinda Moore-McCleary, sons; Zeus Wise (Brandi) and Coy Boyd, sisters; Yvonne James (Brian) and Monica Moore, brothers; Randy Moore (Tashana) and William Moore, grandchildren; Shamya,
Tra’niyah, and Ares, aunt, Mary Fontana, two special nieces, Besha James and Domonique White, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
