Our dearly beloved was a friendly and generous guy who loved God, the church, and people. He served as a member of usher board 2 and took his job seriously. His latter years in life afforded him travel to many vacation destinations and he was an avid sports fan , with the Redskins being number one.

Cecil leaves to cherish his memory, A loving wife Yvonne Barrett, Six dedicated children, Lisa  and Tanika (Marquis) of Chesapeake, Queen, of Norfolk, Mona(Curtis), Sid, and Jerald  all of New Jersey.  3 stepsons, Ron(Lisa), Of Va.
