On Friday evening, May 17, 2019, Catherine “Cat” Moore, born to the late John and Sally Dillard earned her Eternal wings, and took her flight to her Eternal home. Born September 26, 1925 in Southampton County, Virginia. Catherine was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, Virginia. Besides her parents, “Cat” was preceded in death by her husband James Moore and her son Johnny Moore; her brothers Stanley, Roosevelt, Oladon, and Thomas Dillard; her sister Margaret Brown and three sisters-in-law.
Catherine precious memories will always linger in the hearts of her sister, Fannie Bell Dillard; brother, Lewis Dillard; sister-in-law, Shirley Dillard and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
