It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Bobby Gene Johnson, of Virginia Beach, VA on December 28, 2021, at the age of 50 years old.
Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his wife Christy Johnson, five children: Donika Smith, Bobby Branch, Shaniah Grier, Christopher and Bobbi Johnson. Grandchildren: Jayden Martin and Brennon Branch. Bobby is also survived by his Mother: Catherine White, five sisters: Richetta Jackson (Darryl), Syretta Johnson, Marilyn Thomas, Tobasha Johnson, Kristina Matthews and one brother: Maurice Tyler. Four special friends who were more like brothers: Clayton Marquez, James Lee, Torrell Butts and Jeffery Watson along with a host of family and friends.
Bobby was predeceased by his father, Maurice Thorne and grandmother, Cleo Johnson.
