Bertha A. Turner was called to rest on February 6, 2020 at her home of 48 years, 1505 Selden Ave. Norfolk, VA. She was born May 2, 1950, in Chesapeake, VA (Crestwood). Arlene attended public school in Chesapeake, VA. She worked at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for 43 years and was retired for 5 years.

She is predeceased by her parents, Willie Blow, Sr. and Nina lee Blow. Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Sandy R. Turner (Norfolk, VA), Dione L. Turner (Norfolk, VA); her generations will be carried on by seven grandkids, Edward F. Turner (Florida), Lemar Turner (Florida), Shaquettta Williams (Virginia), Tiera Wilson (Florida), Ra’Dysha A. Thompson (Kent) (Germany), Devin Gomez (New York); seven great grand kids, nieces, other relatives and friends.

The passing of the one whom we have loved. We are showing grief and sorrow. It is also a challenge of our faith, hope and love. This moment calls upon renewing our faith in God and to express our hope in the promise of eternal life with Him.
