Belinda Lee Smith – Coleman, “Dinky” went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, July 19, 2018, surrounded by her family on her home in Norfolk, VA. Dinky was born on July 15, 1963 to James and the late Mildred Smith.
