February 1, 2020 at 9:28 amI never had the pleasure of meeting you, but I was able to see the smiles you brought to my cousin Jorge’s face, and your son through dozens of pictures shared. Several family members spoke so highly in your regards, I can only imagine heaven gained another angel. I pray God give my family strength during this most difficult time.

February 2, 2020 at 5:47 pmCannot express our heat condolences for your loss. Caught us all by surprise. Please be comforted in the fact that GOD doesn’t make any mistakes and that to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD. We know it hurts, but know that weeping endures for a night, but JOY will come in the morning. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL!

February 3, 2020 at 10:07 amTo the Family of Barbara Muniz
I met Barbara January 2019 when she started work part-time with the HUD Entitlement Unit with the City of Norfolk.
Sweet lady, slow to speak but when she did there was confidence in her voice.
She had a beautiful smile and I know she loved her children and baseball.
You will be missed.
