July 18, 2024 at 12:21 pmPsalm 133:1-3 How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down upon the collar of his robe. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there is the LORD, blessing, even life forevermore.
PB, this isn’t a goodbye, it’s I see you soon “when the morning come”.

July 18, 2024 at 3:02 pmI remember a card from Hallmark that stated don”t think of him as gone away his journey has just begun life hold so many facets this earth is only one. Just think of him ad resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort whete thete are no days and years. Think how he could be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of him ad living in the hearts of those he touched for nothing loved is ever lost and he was loved so much

July 29, 2024 at 1:34 pmI will miss seeing Mr. Grievous when I walk my dog past his house. We always enjoyed a little chat and talked about our days in the navy. He was always so kind, thoughtful and so generous. He would give me little gifts from time to time and I’ll always remember the time I saw him scurry into his house to get a Christmas gift for the mail lady. He thought of everyone and that thoughtfulness bounced back on him a thousandfold. He was the epitome of joy at those times. I miss him dearly but the memory of his joyful face reminds me that there are angels in this world and that big smile was just a practice run for the wings he is truly wearing now.
