I’ll never forget the Chinese doll that she gave me when I told her that I was in school studying the language. She was always funny, and we were so close. I always spent weekends with her and summers where all of us either went to the pool or the beach. I broke down when I heard of her passing, and things are even more mentally messed up now. She was always willing to stand with those she loved and made sure nothing got in the way.

Love you Aunt April, glad I was able to find your memorial online.

I’m so sorry, this is so sad! I went to school with April at a little Christian school called TJA back in 87-88. I was looking through the yearbook from over 35 years ago. She was my first kiss when I was in 6th grade and she was in 5th. Of course we lost touch but she was so cool and calm. A true lady even as a youngin. She’s in good hands being with the Lord!
