On Sunday, January 9, 2022 Angela M. Snowden-Gray went to join our heavenly Father. She was born on June 28, 1958 in Norfolk Virginia to Clarice Snowden and Jesse Williams. She went to Norfolk Public schools and further her education at Tidewater Community College with obtaining an associate degree in accounting.
Angela was an extraordinary worker and spent her last year working at Walmart. She spent time volunteering at the food banks with her daughter and donated to churches including her own. She loves shopping and dancing.
Angela (A.K.A) Chink loved going to church and when the pandemic hit . She attended church by phone every Sunday. She enjoyed her time with her church members even though she could not be physically there. She stayed involved in the church whenever she could. Keeping Church members and family in her heart and prayers. She was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Church Outreach Mission in Norfolk, Virginia.
Angela was a loving mother, wife, aunt, sister and friend. She would do whatever it takes to help the family whether it be their time of need or not. Family meant everything to Chink and she wanted everyone to be close and loving.
She was predeceased by her father, Jesse Williams; mother, Clarice Snowden; sister, Richelle Jones; brother, Craig D. Snowden; grandfather, Albert Snowden; grandmother, Betty L. Walker; great nephew, Kevin S. Phillips. She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Shellie Snowden, Norfolk, son, Angelo Snowden, Norfolk; niece like daughter, Pamela Williams, Norfolk; sister, Alfreda Phillips, AK; brother, Albert Holt, AK; host of nieces and nephews and friends.
