On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, God called Andre T. Parker home to rest at the age of 53. He was born on June 29, 1970, in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Fletcher Sr. and Delorice Parker. He was preceded in death by his father Fletcher Parker Sr., Mother Delorice Parker, and Brother Dwight Parker.

In his younger years, Andre had various interests such as spending time with his pets, playing baseball and writing poetry. He attended Granby High School where he played baseball and football. Afterward, Andre studied general education at Tidewater Community College Virginia Community College and obtained his Plumbing Certification from Southside Virginia Community College.

Later in life Andre established and managed his own moving company, and he also supported his brothers, Dwight Parker and Fletcher Parker Jr. with their moving companies. He worked as a manager for Subway restaurants in Farmville, Charlottesville, and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Eventually, Andre became a pipe fitter at General Dynamics Shipyard in Norfolk, Virginia.

Andre cherished spending time with his family, often insisting on taking photos with everyone.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughters Shanesha Gibbs (Gerard) and Qwanesha Gerald, his son Andre Parker, and granddaughters Tianna Gibbs, Mackenzie Willams, Remi Gibbs. Unborn granddaughter Juliana Wheeler. His Brothers Ricky Butler Sr. (Moncella), Fletcher Parker Jr. (Mozelle) and Ernest Berdeen Butler (Cassandra) along with his uncle, cousins and a host of nieces and nephews.
