Ana Cain, 73 years old, entered Heaven’s gate on June 25, 2019. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God and the love of family and friends sustained her through months of illness and treatments. Ana was born on June 13, 1946 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Joseph and Willar Mae White. She committed her life to Christ at an early age and worshiped at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and pursued a career as an administrative professional. She later became a wife and stay-at-home mother. Throughout her life, she maintained a sweet and simple demeanor that won the love, hearts and trust of many. Her signature gift was the love for her children and family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three beloved sons: Alfred R. White, Marco D. Ruiz White and Nicholas R. White; grandchildren: Jasmine Wukerson, Daquan Thompkins, Joshua Rucker, Demond White, Sanaa Thompkins, Elijah Tompkins, Sadie V. Ruiz, Samone A. Ruiz and Marco D. Ruiz, Jr.; siblings: Dr. Willar F. White-Parson (Wayman), Esther Gary, Jimmie L. White (Vickie) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Ana is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Willar M. White, Jean Boney (twin sister), daughter Glenda White,
grandson Romero Diamond Ruiz White and granddaughter Ana Ruiz White. How fondly she will be remembered.
She was an Angel that loved, lived and laughed.
