Alvin Kiah Jones

On June 29, 2020, Alvin Kiah Jones was called to be with the Lord. He was a native of Norfolk, Va. He was the son of the late Patrick and Blanche Jones. Alvin Jones Attended Booker T. Washington High School. He was employed for 47 years at Norshipco, now BAE Systems. Alvin was the supervisor of the Labor Department. He was preceded by his sister, Blanche Jones and son, Alvin Jones, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Joyce Russell Jones of 31 years; two daughters, Michelle Jones of Norfolk, VA, Monika Jones of Winston Salem, NC; three sons, Tracey Jones of Norfolk, VA, Bernie Boarders of Norfolk, VA and James Topping of Portsmouth, VA; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Alvin also leaves a host of relatives and friends to cherish his memory.
